CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT
O-l, 1981-82 OPERATING BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City Council on September 16, 1981, adopted Resolution
1i0-81 approving the annual Operating Budget for fiscal year 1981-82 wherein
the appropriations for Personnel Services were based upon Memoranda of Under-
standing applicable to fiscal'year 1980-81, and
WHEREAS, various Memoranda of Understanding have been executed or
agreed upon in concept which require an increase in appropriation for Personnel
Services for 1981-82.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco does:

1.. Authorize the Director of Finance to increase the appropriations
for Personnel Services of the various accounts of the City for
1981-82 in recognition of the Memoranda of Understanding by an
aggregate amount not to exceed $899,315.
2. Such increases in appropriations for the Memoranda of Understanding
shall be allocated from the following sources:
$ 802,635
$ 92,800
$ 1,100
$ 2,780
General Fund Reserves
Sewer Fund Reserves
Parking ~District Fund Reserves
Common Green Funds Reserves
3. Authorize the Director of Finance to appropriate $1,000,000.00
for the Civic Center Renovation Project, transferring the funds
from Revenue Sharing fund to Capital Improvement fund.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held this 17th day of Februar. v
