A RESOLUTION SETTING FEES FOR THE
ISSUANCE OF PERMITS TO MASSAGE PARLOR
AND BATHHOUSE OWNERS AND OPERATORS,
MASSAGE TECHNICIANS, EMPLOYEES OF
MASSAGE PARLORS AND BATHHOUSES AND FOR
SALE OR TRANSFER OF INTEREST~IN MASSAGE
PARLORS OR BATHHOUSES
that:
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
1. Fees Set.
The fees for Massage Parlor and Bathhouse owners and operators,
massage technicians, and employees of massage parlors or bathhouses in the City
of South San Francisco, which fees are referred to in Chapter 10.16 of the South
San Francisco Municipal Code, are hereby declared to be those fees set forth in
Exhibit "A" attached hereto, which is incorporated herein by reference. In
addition, the fees for the sale or transfer of a massage parlor or bathhouse
interest are declared to be those fees set forth in said Exhibit "A" incorporated
herein by reference.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a reqular
meeting held on the 17th day of February
19 82, by the following vote'
