CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT - SUBDIVISION
IMPROVEMENTS - OYSTER POINT BUSINESS PARK
WHEREAS, the map entitled "Parcel Map - Oyster Point Business Park,
being a subdivision of the lands conveyed to Diodati by deed dated 1-13-81 and
recorded 1-15-81 Serial No. 4346AS and by deed dated 1-14-81 and recorded 1-15-81
Serial No. 4347AS, San Mateo County Records, South San Francisco, California"
has been approved by the Planning Commission as conforming to the Tentative Parcel
Map; and
WHEREAS, the conditions of the Tentative Parcel Map required execution
of an Agreement for Subdivision Improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that:
1. Agreement.
Execution of the Agreement, Subdivision Improvements, Oyster Point
Business Park, is hereby authorized, and the Mayor is authorized to sign the agree-
ment for the City, with the City Clerk attesting his signature thereto.
2. Acceptance of Dedications.
The dedications to public use of Oyster Point Boulevard as shown on
said Parcel Map are hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is authorized to execute
the City's acceptance therefor.
3. Recordati on.
The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause recordation of the
Agreement and Parcel Map concurrently in the official records of the County of
San Mateo.
4. Copies of Recorded Documents.

A copy of the recorded parcel map shall be filed in each of the follow-
ing offices for reference' (1) City Clerk, (2) Department of Community Develop-
ment, and (3) Department of Public Services. A copy of the Subdivision Agreement
shall be filed in the office of the City Clerk.

and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meetin§ held on the 17th day of March , 1982
