RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and ~u. blished notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on theBtm. day of

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS'
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to
the lowest responsible bidder, F M & L General Engineer. ing Contractors

2. That the City Manager of said City' is hereby authorized to make
