REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY REPORT FOR THE
DOWNTOWN/CENTRAL REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING
TRANSMITTAL OF REPORT TO AFFECTED TAXING AGENCIES, THE
FISCAL REVIEW COMMITTEE~ THE PLANNING COMMISSION, THE
PARKING PLACE COMMISSION AND THE HISTORIC PRESERVATION
COMMISSION
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 33344.5 of the California Community Redevelopment
Law (Health and Safety Code Section 33000 et seq.) the South San Francisco
Redevelopment Agency has prepared a preliminary report on the proposed
Downtown/Central Redevelopment Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
South San Francisco that:
1. The preliminary report on the proposed Redevelopment Plan for the
Downtown/Central Redevelopment Project is hereby approved and adopted by the
Agency.
2. The Executive Director is hereby authorized and directed to transmit
the preliminary report to each affected taxing agency for consultation purposes,
to the fiscal review committee, if one is created, and to the Planning Commission,
the Parking Place Commission and the Historic Preservation Commission.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 14th day of December , 1988, by
the following vote:
AYES: Boardmembers.Mark N. Addieqo, Jack D. raqo, Richard A. Haffev,
Gus Nicolopulos, and Chairman Roberta Cerri Teqlia
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
