CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF
1982 TAX ALLOCATION NOTES FOR THE GATEWAY
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT BY THE REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE 'CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco
proposes the issuance and sale of approximately $6,500,000 of Tax Allocation
Notes, to provide construction financing, for the Gateway Redevelopment
Project; and
WHEREAS, said proposal has been reviewed and considered by this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Franicsco that:
1. Approval is hereby given to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
SOuth San Francisco to issue not to exceed $6,500,000 of Tax Allocation Notes,
of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco.
2. The City Clerk shall transmit a copy of this resolution to the
Secretary of said Agency.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 21st day of April , 1982, by the follow-
ing vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Ronald G. Acosta, Mark N. Addiego, Emanuele N. Damonte,
Gus Nicolopulos; and Roberta Cerri Teglia ......
