CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,. STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION FOR
STORM DRAINAGE PURPOSES (PM'80-185)
WHEREAS, the map entitled "Parcel Map, Being a Portion of Section 21,
22 and 27, Township 3, South, Range 5, West Mount Diablo Base and Meridian,
South San Francisco, California" prepared by Tronoff Associates dated February
1982, has been approved by the Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, the Parcel Map dedicates to the City of South San Francisco
a 60' x 400' portion of the Lands of Clay Development Company and Southern Pacific
Transportation Company for storm drainage purposes:
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that:
1. Acceptance of Storm Drainage Easement. The dedication of the por-
tion of property as shoWn on said Parcel Map is hereby accepted and the City
Clerk is authorized to certify the City's acceptance thereof for storm drainage
purposes.
2. ~Recordation. The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause record-
ation of the Parcel Map in the official records of the County of San Mateo.
3. Copies of ReCorded Documents. A copy of the recorded Parcel Map
shall be filed in each of the following offices for reference: (1) City Clerk,
(2) Department of Public Services and (3) Department of Coninunity Development.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, at a regular
meeting held on the 2nd day of ~June , 1982, by the following
