CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A STREET AND
SIDEWALK EASEMENT FROM SHELL OIL
COMPANY (248 SOUTH AIRPORT BOULEVARD)
that:
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
1. Acceptance of Grant.
The Grant of Easement for public street and sidewalk purposes, dated
June 15, 1982, from Shell Oil Company, a Delaware Corporation, to the City of
South San Francisco is hereby accepted,
2. Recordation.
The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause recordation of said
Grant of Easement in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 21st day of July , 1982, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Ronald G. Acosta, Mark N. Addiego, Emanuele N. Damonte,
Gus Nicolopulos; and Roberta Cerri Teglia
NOES: None
