REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AGENCY'S REPORT ON THE
PROPOSED REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE DOWNTOWN/CENTRAL
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING SUBMITTAL OF
REPORT AND REDEVELOPMENT PLAN TO CITY COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco has
prepared a Redevelopment Plan for the Downtown/Central Redevelopment ProJect; and
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency will incorporate the report and recommendation
of the Planning Commission into this report prior to adoption of the proposed
Redevelopment Plan; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 33352 of the California Community Redevelopment
Law (Health & Safety Code Section 33000 et seq.) the Agency has prepared a report
to the City Council on the proposed Redevelopment Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
South San Francisco that:
1. The Agency hereby approves its Report to the City Council on the
proposed Redevelopment Plan for the Downtown/Central Redevelopment Project.
2. The Agency hereby submits the proposed Redevelopment Plan for the
Downtown/Central Redevelopment Project to the City Council accompanied by the
Agency's Report to the City Council.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the lOth day of May , 1989, by
the following vote:
AYES: Redevelopment Agency Boardmembers Mark N. Addiego, Jack Drago,
Richard A. Haffey, Gus Nicolopulos, and Chairwoman Roberta Cerri Teglia
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
