A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL SUBDIVISION
MAP ENTITLED "615 BADEN AVENUE CONDOMINIUMS, A
CONDOMINIUM ~ PROJECT" ' AND ~ AUTHORIZING ~ RELATED ' ACTS
that:
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
1. Map 'Approval.
The Final Subdivision Map, entitled "615 Baden Avenue Condominiums,
A Condominium Project, Lots 76 and 77, Block 97, Martins Resubdivision of Block
97, South San Francisco, California" prepared by Hugh R. Anton, dated June, 1982,
is hereby approved.
2. Recordation.
The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause recordation of said
map in the official records of the County of San Mateo, same to be concurrently
recorded with the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for 615
Baden Avenue Condominiums.
3. CoPy of Declaration of'Covenants,~COnditions~and~Restrictions.
A copy of the recorded Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and
Restrictions shall be filed in each of the following offices for reference: (1)
City Clerk, (2) Director of Community Development and (3) Department of Public
Sercices/Engineering, and the Building Division may withhold building permits
until the copies of the recorded documents are so filed.
4. Copy of Recorded Final Map.
A mylar reproducible copy of the recorded Final Map and two blue
line prints shall be filed with the Director of Public Services prior to the
issuance of any building permits or occupancy permits for the structures located
within the subdivision.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly,introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a~ regular
meeting held on the 21stday of July , 1982, by .the following vote'
