CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING REPORT OF ANNUAL
SEWER RENTALS AND CHARGES FOR 1982-83
PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 14,12 OF THE SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO MUNICIPAL CODE
WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 14.12 of the South San Francisco Municipal
Code, sewer rentals and charges are required to be assessed on the City tax rolls
and collected with the regular municipal taxes; and
WHEREAS, the written report charging each parcel with the sewer rentals
and charges has been duly filed with the City Clerk, which report reflects
adjustments made by the Director of Public Services; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was duly called and held on July 21, 1982, at
the hour of 7:30 p.m. in the Community Room of the Municipal Services Building,
33 Arroyo Drive, South San Francisco, California, to consider any protests and/
or modification of said report prior to adoption thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that:
1. The Report of Sewer Rental Charges for 1982-83 prepared in accordance
with Chapter 14.12 of the Municipal Code, which charges each parcel of real
property receiving directly the benefits of the municipal sanitary sewer services
for fiscal year 1982-83 is hereby approved and adopted.
2. The sewer rentals and charges filed with the City Clerk contained
in the "Report of Sewer Rental Charges for 1982-83," in accordance with Chapter
14.12 of the Municipal Code, and submitted by the Director of Finance, are he~e-
by adopted, and said rentals and charges shall be assessed on the City tax rolls
and collected with the regular municipal taxes, and pursuant to Chapter 14.12
of the Municipal Code, said rentals and charges shall constitute a lien upon
the respective parcels of real property tn the City of South San Francisco.
3. The City Clerk shall cause a copy of this resolution to be published
within fifteen (15) days after passage, in the Enterprise-Journal, a newspaper
of general circulation published in the City of South San Francisco, and shall
further certify to the County Tax Collector or Auditor that the report was
adopted by the Council, said certification to be substantially in the form set
forth in the said report.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a re.qular
meeting held on the 21st day of July , 1982, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Ronald G. Acosta, Mark N. Addiego, Emanuele N. Damonte,
Gus Nicolopulos; and Roberta Cerri Teglia

In accordance With 'Ordinance No. 396, as amended, the following Report,
prepared as of"July l, 1982, is submitted, describing the Parcels of real property
receiving directly the benefits of municipal sanitary sewer services and 'the amount
of the annual charge or rental to be-imposed against ~ach sUch parcel "for~.the fiscal

Department of Finance, which contains a separate account card describing each

by reference the City of South San Francisco's Sewer Charge List for i982-83 which.
