A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TAX RATE
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1982-83
WEST PARK 3 PARKS AND PARKWAYS

MA I NTENANCE D I STRICT
that:
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
I. The Council does hereby fix the property tax l.evy for'fiscal year
1982-83. for the West Park 3 Parks and Parkways Maintenance District at $0.03047
per $100.00 of assessed value of all real property in said district.
2. The City Clerk shall forward a certified copy of this Resolution to
the County Auditor so that he may compute and enter in the assessment book the
rate of $0.03047 per $100.00 assessed value on the property enumerated and assessed
as being in said West Park 3 Parks and Parkways Maintenance District.
3. The taxes so levied shall be collected as provided by law.
I hereby certify that the foregOing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council.of the City of South San Francisco at an reg~ilar
meeting held on the ?lst day of J~lly , 19 89 ,
by the following vote:
