A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
~UNICIPAL SERVICES BUILDING P~RKING
IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT NO. PB~81_5
that:
RESOLVED by the City CoUncil of the City of South San Francisco,
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 13t_____~h day of
July , 19...82, for
MUNICI?AL SERVICES BUILDING PARKIN~
IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT NO. PB-81-5
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS-
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to
the lowest responsible .bidder, Interstate Gradin~q & Pavina, Inc. of
S___outh San Franr. i$Co, California

for the bid price of sixty nine thousand nine hundred and ~eveoty four dollars
($ 69,974.00 ).
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and.-affix
thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 21st day of July ,
