A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
SUPPLEMENT NO. 06 TO PROGRAM OF LOCAL
AGENCY FEDERAL-AID EMERGENCY RELIEF
PROJECT
that-
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
1. Execution.
Execution of Supplement No. 06 to the Program of Local Agency
Federal-Aid Emergency Relief Project Agreement No. 5177 between the City of
South San Francisco and the State of California is hereby authorized, and
a copy of said supplement 'is attached hereto as Exhibit "A."
2. Signatures.
The City Manager is authorized to execute said supplement on behalf
of the City, and the City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 4th day of August , 1982, by the following vote-
AYES- Councilmembers Ronald G. Acosta, Mark N. Addiego, Emanuele N. Damonte,

Pursuant to the Federal Aid for Emergency Relief Act, the attached "Program's of Federal
Aid for Emergency Relief Projects marked "Exhibit B" is hereby incorporated in that Master
Agreement for the Federal-Aid Program which was entered into between the above named
LOCAL AGENCY and the STATE on February 1, 1978 , and
is subject to all of the terms and conditions thereof.
The subject program is adopted in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article II of the afore-
mentioned agreement under authority of City/(X0~xq~Resolutions No. 97-82
approved by the City Council/13g~~lig~Fr, tS~ on Au§us t 4, ] 982
(See copy attached).

in accordance with normal local practices. 2. All work under this agreement will b~ in progress
by 9/30/82. 3. The effective date of this agreement is 12/19/81. 4. The City of South San
Francisco agrees the payment of Federal funds will be limited to the detail .estimate amount
approved by the Federal Highway Administration in the 'Federal-Aid Project Agreement (PR-2) or its
modification (PR-2A). 5. In executing this Program Supplemental Agreement, local agency hereby
reaffirms the "Nondiscrimination Assurances" contained in the aforementioned Master Agreement
DLA-257 (9/80) for Federal-Aid Program.
