A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 75-82 ENTITLED
"A RESOLUTION ORDERING AND CALLING A SPECIAL MUNICIPAL
ELECTION TO BE HELD ON NOVEMBER 2, 1982 FOR THE. PURPOSE
OF SUBMITTING TO THE VOTERS A CITY MEASURE TAXING THE
BUSINESS OF OPERATING A COMMERCIAL PARKING FACILITY AND
REQUESTING A CONSOLIDATION WITH THE GENERAL ELECTION TO
BE HELD ON. THE SAME DATE AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO.
70-82 ADOP_TED.~ JULY 7., .1982.'.'~.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
San Mateo County, California that'
1. Resolution No. 75-82 adopted by the City Council at a Special
meeting held on the 20th day of July ....... , 1982, which Resolution
called for a special Municipal. Election to be held November 2, 1982 for the
purpose of submitting to the qualified voters of said City a certain measure,
IS HEREBY RESCINDED.
2. By the adoption of this Resolution the City Council hereby expresses
its intent not to hold a special Municipal Election on November 2, 1982.
3. The Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of Califor-
nia is hereby requested to disregard all requests for services and supplies
contained in said Resolution No. 75-82.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a special
meeting held on the 9th day of August, 1982, by the following vote:
