A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR THE GELLERT BOULEVARD EXTENSION
PROJECT ASSESSMENT DISTRICT-MEDIAN
ISLAND LANDSCAPING, PROJECT NO.
PR-82-1.
that:
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the llthday of
August , 198..2, for
THE GELLERT BOULEVARD EXTENSION PROJECT
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT-MEDIAN ISLAND LAND-
SCAPING, PROJECT NO. PR-82-1
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to
the lowest responsible bidder, Hans U. Eqgli Landscaping of Redwood City
for the bid price of FORTY NINE THOUSAND NINF HUNDRFF) FIGHTY F)OI IAR,S
($ 49,980.00 ).
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix
thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I herebY certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the Ct~y of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 18 day of August ,
