CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN 'FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION ORDERING iTHE VACATION OF A PORTION OF SOUTH AIRPORT BOULEVARD BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, as fol 1 ows: 1. The City Council on the 1st day of September , 1982 , adopted Resolution No. 108-82 , entitled "A Resolution of Intention to Vacate a Port'ion of South Airport Boulevard which Resolution recited.tha't the proceedings were undertaken pursuant to the Street Vacation Act of 1951 (Streets and Highways Code Section 8300 et seq.) and which Resolution of Intention was duly published as required by law; and noti'ces of hearing were duly posted in the time, manner and form provided by law, all as appears from the affidavit of publication and the affidavit of posting on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City. 2. The Planning Commission of the City of South San Francisco on the 9th day of Sep.tember , 19 82.., approved said vacation. 3. Wednesday , the 6th day. of Octob~.r , 1982 at the hour of 7:30 p.m. in the Community Room of the Municipal Services Building, 33 Arroyo Drive, South San Francisco, California, was fixed in said Resolution of Intention as the time and place when and where any and all persons interested in, or having any objections to, said proposed vacation, were to appear before said Council and be heard. 4. No objections of any kind or character have been or were made or filed against vacation. 5. The City COuncilifinds that the street.which is described in ~aid Resolution of Intention and which is more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto which is hereby incorporated by reference as though set forth verbatim herein, is unnecessary for present or prospective public use. 6. The street which is described in said Resolution of Intention and more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and previously incorp- orated by reference, is hereby ordered vacated. 6. The City Clerk shall cause a certified copy of this Resolution and order, attested under the seal of said City, to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of the County of San l~ateo. I hereby certify tha~ the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a reqular - meeting held on the 6th day of October , 19B2 , by the following vote: AYES: NOES: ABSENT: Councilmembers Ronald G. BEGINNING at a point on'the Easterly line of Linden Avenue, at the intersection with the extension Easterly .of the Northerly line of Railroad Avenue, South 74° 2:7' East 60. 00 feet from the Southeasterly corner of Block I ZZ, as said Linden Avenue, Railroad Avenue and Block IZZ appear on the map entitled, "PLAT NO. Z subdivision of Blocks 98, 99, 119 and IZZ South San Francisco, California", which map was filed in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California on November 10, 1900 in Book "D" of Maps at page 6Z and a copy entered in Book 3 of Maps at.pa/ts 4; thence from said point of beginning, continuing along said Easterly extension of the Northerly line of Railroad Avenue, South 74° Z?' East 500.
