A RESOLUTION REJECTING BIDS
COLMA CREEK BANK REPAIR PROJECT
PROJECT NO. SD-82-4
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council
and published notice, bids were publicly opened, examined and de-
clared.on the loth day of November , 19 82 , for the work
to be done and the improvement to be made as described and specified:
COLMA CREEK BANK REPAIR PROJECT - PROJECT NO. SD-82-4
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED~as follows:
That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals
or bids.
I hereby certifY that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on tYke 17th day of
November , 19 82 , by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Ronald G. Acosta, Mark N. Addiego, Emanuele N.
Damonte, Gus Nicolopulos; and Roberta Cerri Teglia
