A RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS
THE GATEWAY ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
NO. ST-82-2
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, County
of San Mateo, California, that
WHEREAS, on July 7, 1982 this Council adopted Resolution No. 74-82, A
Resolution of Intention to Make Acquisitions and Improvements;
WHEREAS, notice of the time and place of hearing protests in relation to
said proposed acquisitions and improvements was duly given and all written
protests and other written communications were publicly read at said hearing
and all persons desiring to be heard were fully heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That protests against said acquisitions and improvements, and/or
matters related thereto, were not signed and duly filed by the owners of a
majority or more of the area of the lands within the assessment district, or
of the area of the lands within the assessment district assessed for the costs
and expenses of said acquisitions and improvements.
2. That said protests, and each of them, are overruled.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on this 1st day of December , 1982, by the
following vote:
