A RES'OLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
BRENTWOOD PARK RENOVATION PROJECT
BID NO. 1534
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 30th day of
November , 1982~ for
BRENTWOOD PARK RENOVATION PROJECT
BID NO. 1534
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS'
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to
the lowest responsible bidder, Palo Alto landscaping of I n.~ A]t~, .£alif_
for the bid price of One Hundred Forty-Seven Thousand, Three Hundred Fifty One Dollars
($ 147,351.00 ).
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his. signature and-affix
thereto the 'corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopt, ed by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 15th day of December ,
19 82, by the following vote-
