A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
ORANGE POOL PAINTING - PROJECT NO.
PB-82-1
that:
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 6th day of
December , 1982, for
ORANGE POOL PAINTING - PROJECT NO PB-82-1
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to
the lowest responsible bidder, Van-Go Paintinq Co., South San Francisco, Ca.
for the bid price of Twelve Thousand, SPvPn HmJnHrm. r[ and Ninety nollars
($ 1 .7c n.nn ).
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix
thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and ad~pted by the City Council of the ~i_t~v of South San Francisco
at a regumar meeting held on the151~h day of December ,
