REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT
NO. 2 TO THE AGREEMENT WITH P & D TECHNOLOGIES
FOR THE OYSTER POINT GRADE SEPARATION/INTERCHANGE
PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco
that:
The Executive Director is authorized to execute on behalf of the Agency
a Contract entitled, "Amendment No. 2 to an Agreement with P & D Technologies
for Preparation of the Environmental Document for the Oyster Point Grade
Separation/Interchange Project", between the Redevelopment Agency of the City
of South San Francisco and P & D Technologies (previously PRC Engineering).
A copy of the Agreement is on file in the City Clerk's Office.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 9th day of May , 1990, by
the following vote:
