RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS
BRENTWOOD OFF-STREET PARKING MAIN-
'TENANCE'ASSESSMENT'DISTRICT

RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California,
WHEREAS, on November 17, 1982, this Council adopted Resolution No. 147-82,
a Resolution of' Intention'to Form Maintenance Assessment District and Levy
Assessments;
WHEREAS, 'notice of the time and place of hearing protests in relation to
said formation and levy was duly given and all written protests and other written
communications were publicly read at said hearing and all persons desiring to be
heard were fully heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That protests .against siad formation and levy, and/or matters related
thereto, were ~>t-}-signed and duly filed by the owners of a majority or more of
the area of the lands within the Assessment District, or of the area of the lands
within the Assessment District assessed for the costs and expenses of said formation
and levy.
2. That said protests, and each of them, are overruled.
I hereby certify that the foregoilng resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on this 15th day of December , 1982, by the following vote:
