CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION'COMMENDING'JOSEPH EVANGELIST
WHEREAS, Joseph Evangelist, has dedicated twelve (12) years to
the Department of Public Services in the City of South San Francisco,
during which period he faithfully served the City; and
WHEREAS, Joseph Evangelist was first employed by the City of
South San Francisco as Maintenance Man I on September 16, 1970; and
WHEREAS, on September 1, 1972, Joseph Evangelist was promoted
to Maintenance Man II; and
WHEREAS, Joseph Evangelist has served in this position with
dedication until his retirement on December 7, 1982; and
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation,
has been fortunate in having the capable services of Joseph Evangelist;
and
WHEREAS, his services have been of great benefit to the City and
its residents, and because of this the City Council desires to commend
and express appreciation to him;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that it does hereby express appreciation to Joseph
Evangelist for his dedicated services to the City of South San Francisco
and does order this Resolution incorporated in the official records
of the City as this Council's expression and its wishes for his long
and happy retirement.
