REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AN EXCLUSIVE NEGOTIATING AGREEMENT WITH
THE PRICE COMPANY
WHEREAS, the Price Company has an interest in redeveloping the land near
the Price Club for additional retail/wholesale commercial use which could have
significant sales tax benefits to the City;
WHEREAS, to begin implementation of this redevelopment the Price Company
has requested an exclusive negotiating agreement for one year;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency of the City
of South San Francisco that the Executive Director is hereby authorized to
execute on behalf of the Agency an exclusive negotiating agreement with the
Price Company. A cQpy of the Agreement is on file in the City Clerk's Office.
-- I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 13th day of June , 1990, by
the tol ~owing vote:
