A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF BID NO. 1545

RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 21st day of
December , 1982, for
WORD PROCESSING SYSTEM
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS'
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the -~
the lowest responsible bidder, A. R. Dick Company
for the bid price of Ten Thousand, One Hundred Eighty Nine Dollars and Ninety-Five
($ 10,189.95 ). Cents
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City'
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and-affix
thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 19th day of January ·
