CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2012-2013 CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM BUDGET TO APPROPRIATE
ADDITIONAL FUNDING FROM CHILDCARE IMPACT FEES
IN THE AMOUNT OF $55,000 FOR THE SIEBECKER
CENTER PLAYGROUND ENHANCEMENT PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the Siebecker Center Playground Enhancement Project ("Project") is
included in the City of South San Francisco's 2012-2013 Capital Improvement Program ("CIP")
budget; and
WHEREAS, changes to the Project were required for accessibility; and
WHEREAS, allocation of Childcare Impact Fees to the Project budget will increase the
Project budget by an additional $55,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the 2012-2013 Capital Improvement Program budget is amended to appropriate
additional funding from Childcare Impact Fees in the amount of$55,000.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Siebecker Center Playground Enhancement
Project Budget is amended with an increase of$55,000.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by
the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 24th day of
October, 2012 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Mark Addiego, Karyl Matsumoto, and Kevin Mullin,
Vice Mayor Pedro Gonzalez and Mayor Richard A. Garbarino
