A RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDr. IENT
0-2, 1982-83 OPERATING BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City Council, on September 5, 1982, adopted Resolution 113-82
· .
approving the Annual Operating Budget for fiscal year 1982-83 wherein the appro-
priations for Personnel Services.were based upon Memoranda of Understandi.ng
applicable to fiscal year 1981-82; and
WHEREAS,-various Memoranda of Understanding have been executed which require
an increase in appropriations for Personnel Services for 1982-83;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco does'
1. Authorize the Director of Finance to increase the appropriations for
Personnel Services of the various accounts of the City for 1982-83
in recognition of the Memoranda of Understanding by an aggregate
amount not to exceed $688,359.
2. Such increases in appropriations for the Memoranda of Understanding
shall be allocated from the following sources:
$ 635,476 General Fund Reserves
49,851 Sewer Fund Reserves
909 Parking District Fund Reserves
2,123 Common Green Funds Reserves
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held this 16th day of Februar.¥ , 1983, by the following vote:
