REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EIGHTH AMENDMENT
TO THE OWNER PARTICIPATION AND DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT (GATEWAY REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT,
HOMART DEVELOPMENT COMPANY.)
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco, the Redevelopment Agency of the
City of South San Francisco, and Homart Development Co. have entered into an
Owner Participation and Development Agreement (OPA) dated March 19, 1981 in.
connection with the Redevelopment Plan for the Gateway Redevelopment Project;
and
WHEREAS, there have been previous amendments to the OPA and now the City,
Agency and Homart desire to enter into a further amendment to modify certain
provisions of Article 3 of the OPA relating to the scope of Development; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
South San Francisco that it hereby approves of the eighth amendment to the OPA
and authorizes the Chairman of the Redevelopment Agency to execute the
amendment as set forth in the attachment hereto, on express condition that the
Gateway Specific Plan Zone District, Chapter 20.57 of the South San Francisco
Municipal Code, be amended by the City Council.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the Agency of the'City of South San Francisco at a reqular
meeting held on the 22nd day of May , 1991 by the following
vote:
AYES: Redevelopment Agency Boardmembers Richard A. Haffey, Gus Nicolopulos,
John R. Penna, Roberta Cerri Teglia, and Mayor Jack Drago
