A RESOLUTION ANNEXING CERTAIN TERRITORY TO
THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DESIGNATED
"ANNEXATION OF IANDS OF DE NARDI TO THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO" (.14+ ACRES)
P~ANT TO THE MUNICIPAL ORGANIZATION ACt
(SECTION 35000 ET SI~. OF THE GOVERNMt~rr CODE)
WHEREAS, the Local Agency Formation Conmtission of the County of San Mateo
(LAFCO) adopted its Resolution No. 673 on February 16, 1983, making determinations
and approving the proposed annexation to the City of South San Francisco of the
territory described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated
herein; and
WI{EREAS, preliminary proceedings regarding said annexation were originally
coam~nced upon the written request of Raymond De Nardi; and
WHEREAS, the distinctive short form designation assigned by LAFCO to the territory
to be annexed is: "82-18 -- Annexation of Lands of De Nardi 'to the City of South
San Francisco;" and
WI{EREAS, the area to be annexed consists of .14+ acres; and
WHEREAS, IAFCO has determined that the territory proposed to be annexed is
uninhabited and that annexation by the City of South San Francisco may be undertaken
without notice and hearing and without an election pursuant to Section 35151 of the
Government Code; and
WHEREAS, all of the owners of said uninhabited territory have consented in
writing to such annexation; and
WHEREAS, the reason for the proposed annexation of said uninhabited territory
is to consolidate within the City of South San Francisco the uninhabited territory
described herein with contig~o..~s; property owned by Raymond De Nardi and Caroline
De Nardi which uninhabited~ . territory was formerly part of the R-1 zoned land held
by the County of San Mateo and has since been abandoned by the County of San Mateo.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that:
1. This Council hereby finds that, with respect to the proposed annexation of
the territory described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto under the short form designation
of "82-18, Annexation of Lands of De Nardi to the City of South San Francisco,"
all of the land ova~ers within such territory have consented in writing to such annexation.
2. Pursuant to the provisions of Government Code Sections 35224.5 and 35234,
this Council hereby orders the territory described in Exhibit "A" to be annexed to
the City of South San Francisco. All land and improvements within said 'territory
shall be liable for the general 'indebtedness of the City existing at the time of
annexation.
3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to tran~nit a certified
copy of this resolution along with re~nittance to cover the fees required by Section
54902.5 of the Gove~nt Code to the Executive Officer of the Local Agency Formation
Conmission of the County of San Mateo.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular

OF DENARDI TO THE CITY OF
SOUTH .SAN FRANCISCO
LAFCO NO. 82-18
Beginning at the intersection of the northwesterly line
of that annexation to South San Francisco' adopted
March 21, 1979, by Resolution No. 24-79 with the south-
westerly line of that annexation to South San Francisco
adopted August .6, 1962, by Ordinance No. 481, said inter-
section being an angle point in the boundary of that parcel
described in DOcument No. 82072389, Official Records of
San Mateo County;. thence from said point of beginning along
the southeasterly boundary of said parcel and'said cor-
porate limits (Res. 24-79) south 27°45' west 57.05 feet;
thence leaving said corporate limits and continuing along
the southwesterly line of said parcel north 28055' 28"
west 145.41 feet and north 19°38' 46" west 83.08 feet to
the most northerly corner of said parcel and a point in said
corporate limits of South San Francisco (Ord. 481)jbthence
along said corpora're limits and the northeasterly oundary
of said parcel south 38050' 20" east 199.04 feet to the point
of beginning.
