CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT
OF GENERAL SERVICES OF THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA TO PURCHASE CERTAIN ITEMS
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
does hereby authorize the Office of Procurement, Department of General Services
of the State of California to purchase materials, supplies and equipment as
needed for and on behalf of the City of South San Francisco, pursuant to Sec-
tion 14814, Government Code, and that Joseph N. Figueiredo, Purchasing Officer,
and/or Barry R. Lipton, Director of Finance, of the City of South San Francisco,
is hereby authorized and directed to sign and deliver all necessary requests
and other documents in connection therewith for and on behalf of the City of
South San Francisco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 6th day of April , 1983, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Ronald G. Acosta, Mark N. Addiego, Emanuele N. Damonte,
Gus Nicolopulos; and Roberta Cerri Teglia
