HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso RDA 2-1991 RESOLUTION NO. 2-91 REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY APPROVING BUDGET AMENDMENT 90-1 TO THE 1990-1991 OPERATING BUDGET WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency settled a lawsuit with the Golden Gate Produce Terminal which challenged the adoption of the Redevelopment Plan for the Downtown/Central Redevelopment Project; and WHEREAS, one of the terms of the settlement required the Agency to pay costs and attorney's fees to Golden Gate Produce in the amount of $50,857.00; and WHEREAS, in addition, the Agency's share of a court cost for analysis of a legal description was $733.13 with a total cost for both items of $51,590.00. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco that it hereby adopts this budget amendment to appropriate $51,590.00 from the undesignated general fund balance of the Redevelopment Agency budget to cover this unbudgeted expense. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco at a reqular meeting held on the 12th day of June , 1991 by the following vote: AYES: Redevelopment Aqency Boardmembers Richard A. Haffev, Gus Nicolopulos. John R. Penna. and Mayor Jack Drago NOES: None ABSTAIN: None ABSENT: Redevelopment Agency Boardmember Roberta Cerri Teglia Clerk Redevelopment Agency,/ of the City of South San Francisco
