CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO
RICHARD HART
WHEREAS, Richard Hart was first employed by the City of South San
Francisco as a Mechanic at the City Garage on December 1, 1971; and
WHEREAS, he began his career with the Water Quality Control Plant
on January 16, 1972, as a Plant Operator I; and
WHEREAS, on May 4, 1973, he was appointed as Water Control Plant
Mechanic; and
WHEREAS, on May 1, 1980, he was appointed the Acting Chief of the
Water Quality Control Plant Maintenance; and
WHEREAS, on March 30, 1981 he was appointed the Maintenance Super-
visor for the Water Quality Control Plant for the City of South San
Francisco; and
WHEREAS, he has contributed to the welfare of this community through
his employment service at the Water Quality Control Plant, and the City
Council desires to express appreciation to him for said services; and
NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the Council does hereby express appreciation to
Richard Hart for his dedicated services to the City of South San Francisco
and does order this resolution incorporated in the official records of the
City as this Council's expression and its wishes for his long and happy
ret i rement.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolultion was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
