A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION.NO."64,83
APPROVING PLANS 'AND SPECIFICATIONS, AUTHOR-
IZING THE WORK AND CALLINGi.BI. DS FOR CIVIC
CENTER RENOVATION': 'PROJECT'NO: 'PB'81-2 ~
that:
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 64-83 was adopted by the City Council on May 4,
1983, approving plans and specifications providing for certain improvement work
for the Civic Center Renovation - Project No. PB'81'2; and
WHEREAS, under Section No. 3 of Resolution No. 64-83 it was ordered, in
part, that bids be received by the City of South San Francisco, California at
the office of the Purchasi.ng Officer of said City, .City Hall, 400 Grand Avneue,
South San Francisco, California at or before the hour of 3:00.p.m., on Tuesday,
June 7, 1983, said time not bei.ng less than ten'(lO) days from the first publication
of notice; and
WHEREAS, this amendment is desired in order to correct Section 3 of Resolution

No. 64-83 to indicate that the bids will be received by the City of South San
Francisco, California, at the office of the Purchasing Of.ficer of said City, City

Hall, 400 Grand Avenue, South San Francisco, California, at or before the hour of
2'00 p.m., on Thursday, the 23rd day of June, 1983,' said time not being less than
ten (10) days from the first publication of notice;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Section 3 of Resolution No. 64-83
be amended to the extent that the bids will be received by the City of South San
Francisco, California at the office of the Purchasi.ng Officer of said City, City
Hall, 400 Grand Avenue, South San .Francisco, California, at or before the hour of
2:00 p.m., on Thursday, the 23rd day of June, 1983'' All other sections and conditions
of Resolution No. 64-83 are to remain in effect as heretofore adopted.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of~South San Francisco at an adjourned
regular meeting held on the 18th day of May, 1983, by the following vote;
