A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
EL CAMPO DRIVE AND ARROYO DRIVE
STORM DRAIN IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT
NO. SD-83-2
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that'
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 24th day of
May , 19 83 , for
EL CAMPO DRIVE AND ARROYO DRIVE STORM DRAIN IMPROVEMENTS -
PROJECT NO. SD-83-2
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS-
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to the
lowest responsible bidder, Kennell.v Construction of Colma, CA
for the bid price of Six~ Two Thousand NinP HlJndrPd Ninet,V F)~llar.~
($ 67.990.00 )-
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto'
the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held on the 1st day of June , 19 83 ,
