HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso RDA 1-1992 RESOLUTION NO. 1-92 REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FISCAL YEAR 1992-1993 OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AND ADOPTING CORRESPONDING APPROPRIATIONS WHEREAS, the Executive Director has submitted to the Redevelopment Agency estimates of revenues from all sources, and estimates of expenditures required for the proper conduct of the activities of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco, including the low and moderate income housing fund, for the Fiscal Year 1992-93; and WHEREAS, the Agency provided interested persons an opportunity to be heard on matters pertaining to the proposed budget. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco that: 1. The operating budget for Fiscal Year 1992-93 presented by the Executive Director contained within the document entitled "City of South San Francisco Preliminary Operating Budget 1992-93" and any changes and revisions thereto approved by the Agency are hereby approved and adopted as the Operating Budget of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco for Fiscal Year 1992-93. A copy of the approved budget is on file in the office of the City Clerk. 2. Any and all expenditures for, and agreements relating to, the programs and materials described in the budget, may be expended or entered into under authority of or by the Executive Director, are hereby approved and authorized, and payments therefor may be made by the Director of Finance. 3. The following amounts are hereby appropriated for expenditure: $401,084 for redevelopment projects and $207,000 for the low and moderate income housing fund. 4. The budget anticipates no additional indebtedness in 1992-93. 5. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to distribute the appropriations, transfers, and reserves to the various accounts of the Agency in accordance with generally accepted accounting practices and consistent with the approved budget. 6. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to rollover any outstanding encumbrances from Fiscal Year 1991-92 into Fiscal Year 1992-93. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 24th day of June , 1992 by the following vote: AYES: B0ardmembers Jack Drago, Joseph A.
