A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR DEMOLITION AND DISPOSAL OF EXIST-
ING STRUCTURES AT 336 - 342 BADEN AVENUE
AND 365 THIRD LANE - P, ROJECT NO. PB-82-2
that'
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the2Oth day of
JuDe' , 19183, for
REMOVAL OR DEMOLITION AND DISPOSAL OF EXISTING STRUCTURES
336 - 342 BADEN AVENUE AND 365 THIRD LANE - P.ROJECT NO. PB-82-2
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to
the lowest responsible bidder, Ferma Corporation of Mountain View, CA.
for the bid price of Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars
($ 7,900.00 ).
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is )~ereby directed to attest his signature and 'affix
thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at an adj. regular meeting held on the27th day of July ,
