AGREEMENT WITH PG&E FOR UNDERGROUNDING
ELECTRIC FACILITIES.

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
1. Execution of. A§r.eeme_nt.
Execution of a letter Agreement between the City of South San Francisco
and Pacific Gas and Electric Company for the removal of overhead electric dis-
tribution facilities on Industrial Way and the installation of underground electric
distribution facilities in Gateway Boulevard is hereby authorized, and a copy of
said Agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
2. Signature.
The City Manager is authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of
the City.

adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 3rd day of August , 1983, by the following vote-

Gentlemen:
This will confirm arrangements for the removal of overhead electric
distribution facilities on Industrial Way and the installation of underground
electric distribution facilitiesI in Gateway Boulevard.
Pacific Gas and Electric Company (hereinafter called PGanUE) will
remove its overhead facilities on Industrial Way and install undergPound faCil-
ities in Gateway Boulevard in accordance with Section B of PGandE Rule No. 20
(copy attached). These new underground facilities are shown on Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and made a part hereof. --'' '
