RESOLUTION NO. 101-83
CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING EXECUTION OF AN EASEMENT
AGREEMENT WITH SOUTHERN PACIFIC TRANSPORTATION
COMPANY.
(GATEWAY ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. ST-82-2)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
1. Executioln of Agreement.
Execution of an Easement Agreement between the City of South San
Francisco and the Southern Pacific Transportation Company is hereby authorized.
2. Signatures.
The Mayor is authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of the
City, and the City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
3. Recordation.
The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause recordation of said
Easement Agreement in the Office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 3rd day of August , 1983, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Ronald G. Acosta, Mark N. Addiego, Emanuele N. Damonte,
Gus Nicolopulos; and Roberta Cerri Teglia
