CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION INVITING PARTICIPATION AT
THE ANNIVERSARY BALL CELEBRATING THE 75TH
ANNIVERSARY OF THE INCORPORATION OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco, with an ethnically rich mix of
over 50,000 people, diverse yet joined together on common ground as Americans,
Californians and South San Franciscans honors the sevety-five years of tremen-
dous growth and prosperity that has blessed this City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has designated the evening of September 17, 1983
as the official moment of celebration of the City's anniversary.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that it does hereby extend invitation to its citizens and friends to
participate in the Anniversary Ball Celebrating the Seventy-Fifth Anniversary of
the Incorporation of the City of South San Francisco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a re~u~a~
meeting held on the 3rd day of August , 1983, by the following vote:
AYES:
Councilmembers Ronald G. Acosta, Mark N. Addiego, Emanuele N. Damonte,
Gus Nicolopulos; and Roberta Cerri Teglia
