CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL MAP
ENTITLED "BADEN AVENUE CONDOMINIUM
SUBDIVISION" AND AUTHORIZING RELATED
ACTS
that:
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
1. Approval.
The Final Map, entitled "Baden Avenue Condominium Subdivision,
Being a Resubdivision of Lots 66, 67, 68 & 69, Block 97, Martin's Subdivision
of Block 97, South San Francisco" prepared by Louis Attilio Arata, Civil Engineer
and Surveyor, Millbrae, California, dated April, 1983, is hereby approved.
2. Recordation.
The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause recordation of said
Map in the official records of the County of San Mateo, same to be concurrently
recorded with the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restriction for the
Baden Avenue Condominium Subdivision.
3. Copy of Declara.tion of Covenants,. Conditions and Restrictions.
A copy of the recorded Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and
Restrictions shall be filed in each of the following offices for reference'
(1) City Clerk, (2) Department of Community Development and (3) Department
of Public Services/Engineering, and the Building Division may withhold build-
ing permits until the copies of the recorded documents are so filed. 4. Copy of Recorded Fina.1~ Map.
A mylar reproducible copy of the recorded Final Map and two blue
line prints shall be filed with the Director of Public Services prior to the
issuance of any building permits or occupancy permits for the structures
located within the subdivision.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular~ ~b meeting held on the 17th day of August , 19 83 ,
by the following vote:
