A RESOLUTION REJECTING BIDS
FOR THE BELLE AIR ROAD IMPROV-
MENT PROJECT NO. ST-82-1

RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council
and published notice, bids were publicly opened, examined and de-
clared on the 26th day of July , 19 83 , for the work
to be done and the improvement to be made as described and specified:
BELLE AIR ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. ST-82-1
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED.as follows:
That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals
or bids.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 17thday of
August
