REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
TO EXECUTE AGREEMENT BETWEEN BARTLE WELLS ASSOCIATES
AND THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO
BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
South San Francisco that:
The Executive Director is authorized to execute on behalf of
the Redevelopment Agency a Consultant Services Agreement between
Bartle Wells Associates and the Redevelopment Agency of South San
Francisco for standard professional financial consulting services
in connection with the issuance of tax allocation bonds for the
Gateway Redevelopment Area, for a fee not to exceed $22,500 plus
direct expenses as set forth in Billing Rate Schedule 90-9 of the
Consultant Services Agreement, on file in the Office of the City
Clerk.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
South San Francisco at a re§u]ar meeting held on the 12th
day of Au§ust , 1992 by the following vote:
AYES: Boardmembers Jack Drago, Joseph A. Fernekes, Roberta Cerri
Teglia, Robert Yee, and Chairman John R. Penna
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None
