REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF
THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO APPROVING
BUDGET AMENDMENT 93-2 TO THE 1992-1993
OPERATING BUDGET
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
South San Francisco entered into a Consultant Services Agreement
with Bartle Wells Associates for standard professional financial
consulting services in connection with the issuance of tax
allocation bonds for the Gateway Redevelopment Area; and
WHEREAS, the proposed fee for a bond issue of this size is
$22,500 plus direct expenses.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency of
the City of South San Francisco that it hereby adopts this budget
amendment to appropriate $30,000 from the undesignated general fund
balance of the Redevelopment Agency budget to cover this unbudgeted
expense.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
South San Francisco at a re§u]ar meeting held on the 12th
day of August , 1992 by the following vote:
AYES: Boardmembers Jack Drago, Joseph A. Fernekes, Roberta Cerri
Teglia, Robert Yee, and Chairman John R. Penna
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None
