CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION FOR PUBLIC
UTILITY EASEMENT - BORTOLI TRACT (PM-82-204)
WHEREAS, the map entitled "Parcel Map of Bortoli Tract, a Subdivision
of the Recorded Property - Deed No. AH023668 (Bk. 6570 O.R. Page 285) and Deed
No. 58766 AG (Bk. 6438 O.R. Page 299), South San Francisco, California" prepared
by Hugh R. Anton dated June 1983, has been approved by the Planning Commission;
and
WHEREAS, the Parcel Map dedicates to the City of South San Francisco a
Public Utility Easement, on or over that certain strip of land designated and
shown on said map as "Public Utility Easement."
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that:
1. Acceptance of Public Utility Easement. The dedication of the Public
Utility Easement as shown on said Parcel Map '.is h!ereby accepted and the City
Clerk is authorized to certify the City's acceptance thereof.
2. Recordation. The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause
recordation of the Parcel Map in the official records of the County of San Mateo.
3. Copies of Recorded Documents. A copy of the recorded Parcel Map
shall be filed in each of the following offices for reference: (1) City Clerk,
(2) Department of Public Services and (3) Department of Community Development.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 21st day of September , 1983, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Ronald G. Acosta, Mark N. Addieqo, Emanuele N. Damonte,
Gus Nicolopulos; and Roberta Cerri Teglia
