CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR THE BELLE AIR ROAD IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT, NO. ST-82-1A
that:
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 26thday of
September , 1983, for the Belle Air Road Improvement Project,
No. ST-82-1A.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS'
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to
the lowest responsible bidder, Fisk, Firenze & McLean, Inc., of Redwood.
City
for the bid price of Seventy-four thousand four'hundred ten dollars
($ 74,410.00 ). :
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and-affix
thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a re.qular meeting held on the 5th day of October ,
19 83, by the following vote:
