CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL MAP
ENTITLED "MISSION OAK CONDOMINIUMS"
AND AUTHORIZING RELATED ACTS
that:
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
1. Approval.
The Final Map, entitled "Mission Oak Condominiums, A Condominium Subdivision
of Parcel A in Book 45 of Maps at Page 22, San Mateo County Records, Lying in the City
of South San Francisco, San Mateo County, California," prepared by Hoskins Engineers,
Inc., Campbell, California, dated October, 1982, is hereby approved.
2. Recordation.
The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause .recordation of said Map
in the official records of the County of San Mateo, same to be concurrently recorded
with the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Mission Oak
Condomi ni ums.
3. Copies of Recorded Documents.
A reproducible mylar, or equal, copy of the recorded Final Map shall be filed
in the office of the Department of Public Services, and a copy of the recorded Declara-
tion of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions shall be filed in each of the following
offices for reference: (1) City Clerk, (2) Department of Community Development and
(3) Department of Public Services/Engineering, and the Building Division shall withhold
building permits until the copies of the recorded documents are so filed.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the5th day of October , 1983,
by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Ronald G. Acosta, Emanuele N. Damonte, Gus Nicolopulos;
and Roberta Cerri Te.qlia
NOES: Coun~ilmember Mark N. Addiego
ABSENT: None ·
