A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
CIVIC CENTER RENOVATION - PROJECT
NO. PB-81 - 2
that-
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 23rdday of
June , 19 83 , for
CIVIC CENTER RENOVATION - PROJECT NO. PB-81-2
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to the
lowest responsible bidder, Harvis Construction Co. of South San Francisco, CA
for the bid price of One Million Twents Two Thousand Dollars for the Base Bid
plus A1 ternate No. 1
($ 1,022,000.00 ).
2. That the City Manager:of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto
the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a re.qular meeting held on the 5th day of .October , 19 83 ,
