CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL MAP
ENTITLED "MISSION GLEN CONDOMINIUMS"
AND AUTHORIZING RELATED ACTS
that:
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
1. Map Approval.
The Final Map, entitled "Mission Glen Condominiums, a Condominium
Project being a Resubdivision of the Lands shown as Parcel B on that certain
Parcel Map recorded in Boook 45 of Parcel Maps at Pages 21 and 22 San Mateo County
Records, South San Francisco, San Mateo County, California" dated September 1983,
prepared by James F. Carroll & Associates, is hereby approved.
2. Acceptance of Storm Drainage Easement.
The dedication of the portion of property as shown on said Final Map
as "Storm Drain Easement" is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized to
certify the City's acceptance thereof for storm drainage purposes.
3. Agreement.
Execution of the Agreement entitled "Subdivision Improvements, Mission
Glen Condominiums, A Condominium Project," is hereby authorized and the Mayor is
authorized to sign the Agreement for the City, with the City Clerk attesting his
si gnature thereto.
4. Recordation.
The City Clerk is authorized and directed to record or cause recordation
of said map and agreement in the official records of the County of San Mateo, same
to be concurrently recorded with the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and
Restrictions for Mission Glen Condominiums.
5. Copies of Recorded Documents.
A reproducible mylar, or equal, copy of the recorded Final Map shall
be filed in the office of the Department of Public Services, and a copy of the
Subdivision Improvements Agreement and of the recorded Declaration of Covenants,
Conditions and Restrictions shall be filed in each of the following offices for
reference: (1) City Clerk, (2) Department of Community Development and (3)
Department of Public Services/Engineering, and the Building Division shall with-
hold building permits until the copies of the recorded documents are so filed.
I hereby certify that the foregoing ReSolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 19th day of October , 1983, by the
following vote:
