REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT 'FOR
COMPREHENSIVE SERVICES FOR THE PREPARATION
AND ADOPTION OF A REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR
THE PROPOSED EL CAMINO CORRIDOR PROJECT AREA
WHEREAS, three (3) responses to the City's Request For
Proposals for lead consultant services for the E1 Camino Corridor
Project Area were received and reviewed; and
WHEREAS, after a formal interview of the three consultants,
staff has determined that Keyser Marston is best suited to handle
the project; and
WHEREAS, retaining Keyser Marston will be the most cost
effective way to handle the project's consulting services; and
WHEREAS, Keyser Marston has indicated a willingness to perform
the requested services for a sum of One Hundred Seventeen Thousand
Dollars ($117,000.00).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco as follows:
1. The contract for a sum of not to exceed $117,000 is
hereby awarded to Keyser Marston for the preparation and
adoption of a Redevelopment Plan for the proposed E1
Camino Corridor Project Area.
2. The Executive Director is hereby authorized to negotiate
the above-referenced contract. A copy of such contract
is on file in the City Clerk's Office.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
South San Francisco at a re§u]ar meeting held on the 9th
day of September , 1992 by the following vote:
AYES: Boardmembers Jack Drago, Joseph A. Fernekes, Roberta Cerri
Teqlia, Robert Yee, and Chairman John R. Penna
